Mr. Ueda brings over 30 years of professional experience, including two decades at Ernst & Young (EY), where he most recently served as a partner serving Japanese clients. A fluent Japanese speaker and highly experienced PCAOB auditor, Mr. Ueda has built a distinguished career advising publicly traded companies on complex accounting, auditing, and regulatory matters.
