GuzmanGray is pleased to announce the results of our first inspection by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).
The PCAOB identified no deficiencies in Part I of the inspection report. Specifically, the inspection identified no deficiencies related to unsupported audit opinions or other instances of noncompliance with PCAOB standards or rules, and no instances of apparent noncompliance with PCAOB independence requirements.
The result represents an important milestone for our growing public company audit practice and reflects the dedication and professionalism our team brings to each engagement.
PCAOB inspections are an important component of regulatory oversight of registered public accounting firms and include an independent assessment of selected audit work for compliance with applicable PCAOB standards and regulatory requirements.
As our public company and international practices continue to grow, we remain focused on continually strengthening our audit practice through investments in our people, technology, methodology, system of quality control, and professional development.
At GuzmanGray, we believe audit quality and outstanding client service are complementary objectives—and that serving our clients responsively and effectively should never require compromising the independence, professional skepticism, or rigorous standards essential to a high-quality audit.
We are grateful to our professionals for their dedication, technical expertise, and continued commitment to both audit quality and the clients we serve.
